Increase Sales with Video Messaging
Video messaging: Increase company sales by interacting with customers in real time!
Welcome back to the eCommerce forum!
Video messaging is used for audio and video interaction between users in different locations. It is also done in real time. Furthermore, video messaging can be helpful for online companies who rely on customer service. We have an amazing speaker for upcoming eCommerce Meetup. He will teach us how short videos made on mobile phones can increase company sales. This event is at 7:00 p.m., November 12, 2014 at our Midtown loft in New York. Here is a brief overview of what to expect:

Vsnap connects sales and support staff with customers via one-to-one video messaging. The platform’s goal is to help companies make human connections. Additionally, Vsnap increases close rates by 34%. Companies can record on the web or on Android/ iOS phones and tablets. This is helpful because companies can get in touch with clients on the go, and 71% of consumers use smartphones as a personal shopping assistant.
