There is no doubt that you have heard the news that Jeff Bezos is now the wealthiest person in the world by a long shot. He surpassed Microsoft founder Bill Gates last year in 2017 after Amazon stock reached an all-time high in July 2017.  Jeff Bezos is CEO and founder of the e-commerce giant Amazon. Amazon and Alibaba group are both fighting for global supremacy over the e-commerce sector.  A lot of analysts have argued that Amazon is part of a global tech bubble that is going to explode soon. The reason why most people think that it is a tech bubble is due to the fact Amazon has a large share of the e-commerce sector but doesn’t have the sales or revenue to back it up. However Amazon is not the same tech bubble as Tesla is.

Jeff Bezos was born on January 12 1964 in Albuquerque New Mexico. When he was born her mother was just 17 years. Her father was a Chicago native who was a bike shop owner. Her mother on the other hand was a high school student. The surname Bezos comes from her adoptive stepfather who married his mother. He was a Cuban immigrant. Jeff Bezos was four years at the time. Mike Bezos, his stepfather worked as an engineer after receiving a degree from the University of New Mexico. Jeff Bezos Attended Princeton University and graduated with degrees in Computer science and electrical engineering.

Amazon was founded by Jeff Bezos in July 1994 as a bookstore from his garage. Little did he know that the company was going to become a large e-commerce giant that was going to make him a billionaire and the wealthiest person in the world.
